Icloud activation lock
I purchased a ipad off offerup and its icloud activation locked i cannot contact the previous owner and dont know what to do

As it turns out, if it's in activation lock then the only way to unlock it is with the apple id & password or the proof of purchase. I would attempt to reach out to the seller again because these 2 options are the only ways to remove activation lock How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
