iPhone 8 ringer volume changes to loudest setting Have my iPhone 8 ringer volume set to medium, but when calls come in, it rings at the loudest setting possible. I've contacted Apple and we reset the phone. It worked for a few days, but went back. Anyone else having this issue or any ideas how to fix it? I'm tired of jumping out of my skin every time it rings.

Go to Settings/Accessibility/Face ID & Attention and turn off Attention Aware Features. This feature will dim the screen when you are not looking at it and reduce the volume of the ring when you ARE looking at it.
