Downloaded songs are deleting themselves whenever I play them

Any time I play a downloaded song, the download icon next to it disappears, and if I play it from the "Downloaded" tab on the Library page, it will play the first few seconds and then stop playing, and continues to delete song by song from the album, or sometimes it even crashes. When I go to my phone's storage, it clearly shows that I do have 300GB of songs downloaded, and it drops down every time I check to see if this bug still happens, so it's still clearly taking up space and should be saved onto my phone. Optimize Storage is set to off. Really annoying bug as this is the whole reason I have such a high storage phone.

Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.

2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.

3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.

4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
