I recently bought a gift card and added it to my account to buy something in a app but when I go to buy he thing it only lets me use my card to buy the thing I tried to de activate my card use a different device but nothing worked I even tried to buy another gift card to try to make it work I am now down 100 AED and I still can’t make the purchase can anyone help?

First, are you sure it isn't just asking you to have a payment method on record? Also noteh part below about not being able to buy some thing with account balance.

Hi yeah my item is supposed to be bought by iTunes balence but even when I try to buy apps from the App Store it is the same thing it only shows me that I can pay with Apple Pay
