File name at the top of every Finder window.

My iMac was recently hit with a virus. It's been removed, however the title of what appears to be a film now appears at the top of every window in the finder (see attached screen shot). No such file can be found on my iMac. How can I remove this, please?

Thank you for the screenshot.

A. Restart your Mac. See if all goes away.

B. Provide a Screenshot of your Quarantine Window:

What makes you suspect this is a virus? Look in the quarantine or your Security Software, and provide the screenshot. Go here: Take a Screenshot on your Mac - Apple Support

C. Uninstall Security Software:

Keep security Software off of your Mac. It just gets in the way on a Mac, and skepticism is a pure example of how and why. When uninstalling it, using an uninstaller, rather than just dragging it to the Trash. If you were to just drag it to the Trash and then remove it, caches would lay about your Mac. IMPORTANT: Get the uninstaller from the Developer's site and none other, as a way to above scam's and such. Once uninstalled, restart your Mac.
