The file states “TD bank,” and I did not save or create the file. Also it cannot be deleted. Yes I have VPN profiles setup in my account under device management. It doesn’t change anything on or off. I have the most up to date software update available for iOS. What is the cause and best action to take to fix this issue?
First, why does anyone use a VPN?
The reason I brought up the VPN configuration was because the answer to a very similar question answered by apple support included the question about a profile. I agree that there is nothing to do with it. I just didn’t want the same answer that made no sense to me. Let’s forget the VPN part of it and start over.

I did not download the file. The file is not there in downloads.
Where are you seeing the file? And why are you using VPN? Note that VPN will change your network settings even if it is turned off, so sometimes it is necessary to delete the profile if you are having mystery communication issues. However, I’m sure the file has nothing to do with VPN.

Until you answer my question about WHERE on the phone did you see the file it’s difficult if not impossible to answer. And what is the nature (type) of the file?
if you have downloaded the file
Check in file app
then Go to Browse
then Downloads
It certainly is not in “downloads”, because there is no such data element on an iPhone.
