Hi, I recently got approved for a refund from simply piano app and was just wondering when I should get the refund back into my account. It’s been a couple of days since I got an email to say it’s been refunded but it is not in my bank yet.
A refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase, and can take up to 30 days, depending on the method used. Please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904
The delay, particularly with credit cards, is down to the card company, not Apple, and is experienced with other sellers' refunds.
