Deleting an App from a Home Screen:
Hold you finger don on it until it wiggles, and then tap the white-encircled "i" next to it.
Reset the Home Screen Layout:
Try performing the following. By doing so, things will be placed back to how they should be.
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: General
- Tap: Reset
- Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout
