The volume on my Powerbeats pro is low. Besides the obvious volume button am I missing something ? I am not getting the volume out of my Powerbeats that I want. I have studio beats and they jam. Besides the audio controls on the buds AND my player settings, am I missing something?

beats fit pro Press and hold for volume always turns off Hi, My Beats Fit Pro work well, but I always encounter a problem. I have "Press and hold" turned on for volume control, yet every few days it seems to turn off. Thus, when I go to turn down the volume, it changes the noise control, not the volume. I reset it, and a few days later, the same thing happens. I've tried resetting the Beats without success. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks!

Troubleshooting Beats Pairing:

A. Unpair These:

Seems you need to unpair these from your phone. but, no longer have this phone, contact Beats, and find out how you can reset this.

B. Beats Contact Us Info:

Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer.
