How to check to see if anyone is using my email address on their device

Having strange things happen with my iPhone, I’m almost 100% sure someone I know has gained access to my phone and accounts even After I close accts down and change passwords too much, we share the same Home Wi-Fi and that has been factory reset several times. I’ve even had old email addresses reactivated. Any advice how to check if my iPhone is connected to another one like a MacOS before I Close down the only email I have which is iCloud. This has been an ongoing problem with them.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16
