Apple Music On Web - only allowed to preview

When I log into Apple Music using a web browser I am only able to preview tracks, even though I am signed up to Apple One top tier.

Windows 11, tried both Edge and Firefox.

Any thoughts?

Hello hamacting,

We'd advise that you first start off by making sure you have access to your music on all devices, including that PC. Follow this guidance: Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support.

How to turn on Sync Library on your iPhone or iPad
1. Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Music.
4. Turn on Sync Library.
5. iPhone showing Music Settings and Sync Library turned on
6. Turn on Sync Library on your other devices.

If the issues persist, please confirm that you are signed in with the correct Apple ID and password on your PC.

We hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist with anything else at all. Take care.
