What is "Other Users" shown in Settings/General/Storage? It's a red section on the left and it's using 118 gb.

How to manage storage on MacBook Air M3? I have a 6-month old MacBook Air M3 with latest MacOS, but is acting very slowly. It may be HDD related. HDD 245 GB space but usage by to nearly 80%. System data 58.47 GB MacOS 29.84 GB iOS files 33.28 GB Applications 70.33 GB 191.92 GB 78% used by Mac so only 22% available for my stuff (movies, music, docs). This can't be right. What do you suggest I do to free up system and MacOS space? And why is there 33.28 GB of iOS data on my Mac? Can I delete it all? Thank you.
