I would like to unsubscribe everything on my account and remove credit card from this IPad.

Payment methods are not tied to a specific device directly. If you remove your payment method form your Apple ID for subscriptions or iTunes Store payments it will remove it from every device that is using that Apple ID.

Same thing for subscriptions, if you cancel a subscription on one device, it will cancel it on every device logged in to that Apple ID.
