Same screen in al devices
I have an iPad Pro second gen and a iMacBook Air. How can I have the same home screen layout on both?

Your Home Screen layout cannot by synchronised between devices. The only way to achieve a similar layout, remembering that your device screens have different aspect-ratios and resolution, will be to manually arrange them as best you can.
