I have a stalking Narcissistic Personality Disorder ex boyfriend. Before I could think of all of the things he would do after he broke up with me I now see unknown WiFi which were never there before and are unsecured. In addition my WiFi won’t accept my password.

On your iPhone go to Settings and reset the network settings. The password for your Wi-Fi is managed by your router - log in to your router and change that password.
