Since my IOS 16.3.1 update last night my iPhone 12 Pro keeps just shutting down and restarting on its own. 5 times today already. When im on phone calls, or just not doing anything. Can anyone help please?

Howdy! This could be a battery issue. Could you open Settings, scroll down to Battery, then click Battery Health and tell me what the percentage is? If it's below 80, you'll need to get it replaced. Failing batteries can cause unexpected restarts and shutdowns.

Hmm have you tried force restarting it?

If that doesn't work, I would take it to an Apple Store/Repair location to get it checked out.

The phone was perfect until Thursday. I updated to the latest software and now it restarts on its own - about 20 times yesterday!
