How to downgrade to non-beta version of Mac OS Ventura without clean my apps

For now i am have Mac OS Ventura Beta 3. How to downgrade to normal version without losing my data? I am trying to do it via restore. But Recovery Assist says to me - i could install only Beta. I need non-beta

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.3

How to Leave the macOS Ventura Public Beta

  1. Open the Apple menu from the menu bar and select System Settings.
  2. Select General > Software Update.
  3. Select Learn More under the Automatic Updates section.
  4. Select Restore Defaults.
