is there a way to have a second land to download app for UK when I live in Sweden?
I have tried to change it to UK in App Store but I don’t have a credit card that will be accepted (tried both Visa and Mastercard).

No, since the content for the AppStore is country-specific, the Apple ID has to be registered to that country, that includes the payment information, that has to point to a billing home address in that country.

Yes, the credit card information has to be related to the residential address.
You can also try to create an Apple ID without a credit card to use Apple Gift Cards. Choose "Non" as a payment method during the setup:
