Error messages trying to upgrade macOS

I am trying to upgrade to any macOS that is more recent than Catalina, but for Big Sur, Monterey, and Ventura, I cannot download them from the app store.

I receive the same error message when I try to "get" any of the three versions from the app store:

Update not found

The requested version of macOS is not available.

Context: I have just upgraded my MS 365 apps, and the error message read: "This software requires macOS version 11.0 or later." So heigh ho, heigh ho, it was off to the app store I went to upgrade.
