for example I will have a Live Photo and I will import it into snap chat, one I delete the photo from my camera roll and try exporting the photo from Snapchat the photo gets exported properly but it is no longer live, why is this and can I fix it?

Live Photo is, as I understand it, a proprietary Apple format. SnapChat doesn't have the ability to play the Live Photo so just shows the static version.
Why don’t Live Photos work on other apps like Snapchat etc and is there a way around it?
