I have a new MacBook Pro and the FLAGS that I post are not showing next to my email list like they did in the past. I know I can see them in the sidebar but I really miss them for quick follow-ups right next to the email title in the list; its much faster to followup when they are "right there!" Is there a way to reinstate that, or am I missing how to make that work again?!

Not sure what you are seeing or not seeing...? or what View option in Mail.
