I am trying to animate a “Basic Lower Third” Title in Final Cut Pro 10.3. I am able to access and edit with the text inspector, however when I try to access the Title Inspector it only shows the words “Published Parameters” hide/show without loading any parameters? I have seen this Title (Basic Lower Third) animated in the Title inspector before but can’t remember how they were doing it?

OK, the demo I saw where they animated a basic title in FCP must have been using effects created with Motion. They didn't mention it, but after a few hours of searching I'm convinced that they were using FCP + Motion. Thanks!
The only parameters that appear there are those published from Motion. The basic titles don’t have any.
Click the Text Inspector icon that's to the right of the Title Inspector icon.
I can edit with the text inspector.
The problem is with the Title inspector, it will not load parameters.
