Bradesco's bank app not working in Ventura MacOS

I'm having a hard time with a specific brazilian bank app, "Navegador Bradesco Empresas" in MacOs Ventura. I used to have a Macbook pro Early 2015, and this app worked perfectly. But now i just bought a new M2 Macbook Pro, Ventura 13.0, and this app is not working anymore. So I was able to download and install it, but when I try to open, it shows a window, 100% transparent, without functions. When I print out the screen, it shows up the app. Is there anything that i could do to fix it?
