You can't install WhatsApp directly on your Apple Watch, but you can receive notifications from WhatsApp on your Watch. Make sure WhatsApp is installed on your iPhone.
To enable notifications on your Apple Watch:
Open the Watch app on your iPhone → Notifications→ Scroll down and enable WhatsApp
Alternatively, there are 3rd party apps in the App Store which can be installed directly on your Apple Watch and which can be used together with WhatsApp, e.g. Chatify. But there are probably more options.
