I am trying to install macOS in the OS X Base System. MAC says the disk is ‘locked’. How do I unlock it?

OS X Base System is wrong, that is the Disk restore Mode run in/on.

Whatother drives show?

None. I had one other but erased it because I was selling the MAC and was told to erase hardrive and then reinstall the OS. Bad move, apparently.
