Putting Netflix in allowed apps

I’ve set up Content and Privacy restrictions on my son’s iPad, but now it’s not allowing Netflix. We still want Netflix so he can watch the kids profile. Is there a way to put Netflix in the Allowed Apps?

Hi fallon117,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you'd like to add Netflix to the Allowed Apps in Screen Time.

You can add Netflix to Screen Time allowed apps under Settings > Screen Time > Always Allowed as outlined here: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

"Always Allowed

always allowed

You might want to access certain apps, even if it's downtime or if you set the All Apps & Categories app limit. Phone, Messages, FaceTime, and Maps are always allowed by default, but you can remove them if you want."

Take care!
