I just added a few AirTags to my find my, and it only shows one of two phone numbers I have on my account (and reachable at on Apple ID). When I travel the one that showed is the phone number I turn off. How can I change the primary phone numbers for find my app?

Where on an AirTag in the Find My app are you finding a phone number?
Are you talking about putting an AirTag in Lost Mode? If so, after you you select Enable under Lost Mode and Continue, you just type in whatever phone number you want to use as the contact number for that lost item.
