How exactly step by step do I Unhide my private WiFi network on iPhone 12?

I can find the network but after it connects, it says “Hidden” underneath.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16

You need to do that on the router, not the iPhone. The router settings control whether the network is hidden or not.
