Follow the steps in this article to backup your old iPhone, restore your new iPhone from that backup and pair the Apple watch to that new iPhone:

For this, you can unpair your watch with the old phone and then pair it with the new phone.

For that, follow these steps 👇🏻👇🏻

1) Make sure both your old phone and watch are close.

2) Go to My watch tab in your app in your old phone.

3) Click on “ all watches “ on the top of the page.

4) Click on the watch name you want to unpair.

5) Click on unpair watch.

After following the required steps and the additional steps as a result of various pop ups, your Apple Watch will be upaired.

Next, bring it close to your new phone and open the app.

> Go to My watch tab and click on “start pairing”. If some device is already connected to the phone, and start pairing is not visible, Go to “all watches” and click on “ Add watch “.

> Follow the steps given on screen to pair the watch to the new phone.

Hope this helps :)
