Apple Cash will not set up

Apple Cash says that it is setup but it’s not.

yes, to all of the bullet points.

After pressing the button to set up Apple Cash, the wheel spins for a few seconds and then the screen say that it is set up, however when you look at the screen that has Apple Cash listed along with the debit and credit cards, Apple Cash says it’s NOT setup. Stuck in an endless loop.

What you need

Be at least 18 years old and live in the United States.
Have a compatible device with the latest iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS.
Set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID.
Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on any device that you want to use to send or receive money.
Add an eligible debit card in the Wallet app, so you can send money.
