How do I stop my automatic payment for something I don’t want anymore

Assuming that this is a subscription, contact the seller and terminate the subscription.

You’ll NEED to contact the owner of the scanning app to properly stop the charges.
PayPal is just paying pre-authorized recurring charges which you almost certainly authorized in a legally-binding manner when you purchased the app.
This is a PayPal account that you are made to use I have a
few days left and I do not need this QR Scanning app anymore. I will try to contact the paypal but I keep getting emails with 3 choices for buying nothing to cancel. I have tried to delete my credit card but they won’t accept that. I am sure that there is an easy way to do this, but as I am eighty years old I am a little slow on getting back to the page.
