What adapter do I need to use my Apple Studio Display M7649 with a MacBook Pro with the new Apple chip?

What adapter do I need to use my Apple Studio Display M7649 with a MacBook Pro with the new Apple chip? I have been able to connect the two with thunderbolt adapters but my MBP does not see my studio display. Is there a way to connect the two so the MBP sees the studio display?

You can't use a Thunderbolt adapter with a non-Thunderbolt display. Use a USB-C adapter from one of the computer's Thunderbolt ports to whatever connector the display needs.
