Camera issue 16.3.1

Hey have anyone having issue with the camera on itself as when you fully zoom to 15 max it won’t focus it jumps to one thing to another. My phone I got it online through Apple and I been to Apple Store and sent it via mail in and they couldn’t find the issue at all now I’m at loose ends. The hardware of the phone is all good. Do anyone know if there be an actual fix to this like a software bug causing to make the camera behave like unexpectedly? I’m using an iPhone pro 13.

With that level of zoom, you need to use a tripod.

Even did it with tripod it still jumps and also tried auto lock on no difference 😕
