apple tv 4k remote battery replacement
Do I replace the remote or can I send it in to get the battery replaced? Also this is a really 1999 way to get support.

If the battery is (nearly) depleted, then you can charge it using the bundled Lightning-to-USB cable, to a computer USB port, or to a power adapter in an AC socket. Charge the Siri Remote - Apple Support
If the battery won’t charge enough or doesn’t keep its charge (anymore), then contact Apple Support about battery service for the remote. Practically speaking, that means exchange for a replacement. Apple TV repair & service - Apple Support
