iTunes is not pre-installed on a Windows PC. So let's look at the possibilities:

  • if it's installed on your computer, you will fond it by looking on the main Windows/All Programs menu (click the Windows button on your Taskbar)
  • if you have downloaded the programme, then you need to install it before you can use it. Look in your Downloads folder for an iTunesxxsetup file (the xx will depend on which version you've downloaded).
  • if you haven't downloaded it, you can find the download at:

and you will then of course have to install it
