My new iPhone won't connect to my carrier

Just activated my new iPhone 14 (upgrade from iPhone 7 plus) and now it won't connect to my carrier (Verizon). It says SOS in corner. HELP

Try and install a carrier settings update


  1. Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
  2. Tap Settings > General > About.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
