My account has been hacked

I think a hacker hacked my account and now my ITunes and App Store are inaccessible ..what do I do? I don’t know how to operate an iPhone properly

It says my ITunes and App Store privileges have been disabled My phone has been hacked for nearly three years. I have bought 10 phones during that time. Law enforcement won’t help. They say they know nothing about computers and that Apple will have to provide proof. I have gone as far as I can with Apple. They acknowledge it is hacked but can’t provide the proof I need which would mean actually looking at who is logging into my phone (!). Now, a new one. My ability to use the App Store and ITune has been disabled . Anyone have any ideas re: how to fix this?

My account has been turned off how do I turn it back on My account has been turned off. I can’t get into any of my apps & my iCloud isn’t backing up. The account was hacked & I need to know how to get another one

No, your account has been disabled by Apple (not hacked).

Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and use the following specific link:--> Apple Support
