I am having issues with my Apple Watch freezing

my watch is frozen and all I get is a rd lightening bolt and the

time in green

Red lightning bol is "reserve power" and it urgently needs charging for a couple of hours.

At the end of that time if it is charged and still stuck then force restart it, i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo. 

After two hours if it is still on the red symbol then check the charging brick and puck for damage and see

If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support

You may need to have it looked at by Apple.
