Well, what might you see when pressing this icon while in the Files app?

Unable to install files app on ipad My files app offloaded and i tried reinstalling it but it says “Unable to install Files, please try again later”. I am using an iPad (6th generation) with the version 13.4.1. Please help me, i really need the files app to see my documents.

Where is my files app? I shouldn’t have to go to the App Store and click on “open” to access my files. Why isn’t is available on my screen? (Ipad Air 4 15.6)
