When am I being charged on my card when I don’t use it?
I am being charged.33 cents on my card and I have not used it! I need this to stop!

33 cents seems like an awkward amount. What exactly do you see the charge appear as on your card's statement?
Do you have a recurring subscription active on your Apple ID?
