cannot access iCloud with ADP

Hello,

I enabled Advanced Data Protection. So the web iCloud access went off by default.

I enabled again the iCloud web access from my iPhone.

When i navigate to iCloud from a browser and try to access my notes, photos etc, I get a notification to allow access from trusted device, which I do, but I never get further . I get a "Can’t Display Your Photos

Your device hasn’t given access to display your photos. Check that it is on and connected to the internet."

Sometimes it just never sends the notification.

From the documentation it seems that it should be straightforward but it just does not work.

Any advice is welcome

Thanks

I reached out to Apple Support Chat this morning and got a advisor who told me ADP is not an Apple service! 🤔

I sent a link to this conversation and asked for escalation but 'Stephanie' wasn't very knowledgable or willing to help. She disconnected the chat without responding or offering to escalate to the appropriate team. She did tell me to "contact ADP" but offered no direction on how to do that.
