If I leave a family sharing and create my own, do I lose all the music I have downloaded?

I'm currently on family share for apple music. I want my own account. Is there a way for me to be able to save what I currently have or will I lose everything once I delete the family share? I'm currently on Family Share for apple music on my iphone. I am not the owner of the family share account for music. I want my own account. According to an article I just read, your music "will remain on your device for a short period of time". So after removing yourself from the family plan, I would immediately subscribe to any and all services you are losing (including Apple Music).
