Blocked numbers still being received on watch when blocked on phone

I’ve mirrored my watch and phone, but still receiving messages I’ve block on my phone, on my watch. The block messages stilll come through on my watch..

Apple Watch still getting messages from a blocked contact that I blocked on my phone. A few weeks ago. I blocked someone on my number through my phone. A couple days ago I was on my watch I noticed that the contact who I blocked was still messaging me. Spamming me. I went to go see on my phone if something was wrong but no. I still have that person blocked . I’m at a loss on what to do. My watch is connected to my phone . My phone is up to date with all of the newest updates. I don’t wanna be getting texts from this number . I want this to be resolved. I want this to be fixed . I don’t wanna be going into my watch and seeing their texts messages.

apple watch how do i block someone on an apple watch? i blocked someone’s number on my phone and i’m still receiving messages from that person on my watch but it doesn’t show on my phone
