Volume Mixer for iOs and iPadOs

I am already an iPhone and iPad user. I want to buy a new iPad but I guess volume mixer is not a thing even for iPad Pro which uses Stage Manager. That means I can not listen to music on Spotify and watch videos on YouTube at the same time. Thats a huge lack. Does Apple think about solve this problem in the future?
