My mail program has stopped allowing signatures on my outgoing emails. There isn't an option on a draft email to choose a signature. The only choices are None and Edit Signatures. When I edit signatures in preferences, I see 6 signatures, but there is no option to click on one to be the default. How can I fix this? I'm using a 2020 Mac Mini with Monterey OS 12.6.

I have noticed a similar issue with Mail, using macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (22DD68).
Once I added a signature with HTML and restart Mail, the signature suddenly disappears. That is really odd.

All of my 30+ signatures have disappeared from Mail. I have tried adding some back, but the next time I start a draft email, there is no button to choose a signature. When I check preferences none of the signatures I have added are there – they have all disappeared.
