How to stop getting email about Apples trail subscriptions ?

Hello,

I recently bought a new Macbook Pro. Since then I constantly get bombarded by Apple about some subscriptions that I'm absolutely not interested in. I think something about TV+ but also others. I could not find any possibility to unsubscribe from those emails.

They do arrive with a certain frequency and unsolicited there fore they show all signs of being spam emails.

Apple should really consider how they treat paying customers. People like me how hate spam emails will most certainly feel repelled to buy from Apple again.
