Speaker calls seem to break up. The other person cannot always hear me on speaker phone.

I have an iPhone 13. When using speaker phone, I can hear the other person fine. The other person says they can only hear every other word I am saying, that the call "is breaking up." They can hear me fine when not on speaker, though.
