How can you hide sports scores when viewing MLS games on the web?

Interesting. I was able to find the Settings (top right corner) for when watching MLS Season Pass through the Safari browser on the web , but can't seem to find it if watching through the AppleTV macOS App.

This is also not possible, it seems, on the webos (LG TV) AppleTV app. It’s ridiculous that scores can’t be hidden on all devices. I haven’t tried on FireTV Stick, but given the above I’m guessing it’s not possible there either.

I was able to find this setting on the AppleTV app for Roku.

open the app

go to the settings gear on the top of the screen

scroll down to ‘Show Sports Scores’

set it to OFF

No clue why the default is ON, it was really annoying!

I have the same questions/request and will add that I am using a MacBook Pro- which is, in fact, an apple device. Where can I find the option to hide scores on my particular Apple device?

I have the same problem, especially since I access AppleTV from a Windows computer. I will not be buying the season pass again unless they fix this issue. It completely ruins the games for me.

It’s freaking maddening.

You would think they’d want to fix this because you can be sure they are going to lose subscribers next year if they don’t.

How about the AppleTV app in Mac OS? Is there no way to hide scores there?

For the web, go to settings and then unselect “show scores”. Not sure why that’s not the default setting! I haven’t found the same option on the phone app … but at least for the web it works.
