Deleting email on iPad doesn't delete on iPhone
If I delete email on iPhone they delete on iPad but if I delete on iPad they don't delete on iPhone. The iPhone and iPad are both set up to delete trash emails on server.

If you haven't already, try removing then adding the account back on your iPad before testing again. This step may resolve the syncing issues you're experiencing. You can do this in Settings > Mail > Accounts. Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
