Images in Safari began to expand over the entire screen, which had not happened until now (probably after the last update to 13.2.1 Ventura).
I open the same image with the link now in Chrome, but it is displayed normally there.

Since we’re unable to reproduce this behavior on our end though, perhaps it’s due to the settings you currently have enabled. If so, the following might help out: Change Websites settings in Safari on Mac - Apple Support
